Is a pool fob required for entry?
No.
Does your community offer clubhouse rentals?
Yes. Resident submits request to the office. Team checks availability. Resident signs a rental agreement form. Resident pays the $100 reservation fee per day/reservation. Reservation is confirmed.
What are your fitness center hours?
24/7
Are there any amenities that require reservations?
Clubhouse, if reserving for a private event only.
What are the Pest Control Service Days?
Thursday.
Are pool parties/gatherings allowed?
No. Each resident is allowed up to 2 guests.
Are mailbox numbers different from apartment numbers?
Yes.
Where is the Compactor located?
Dumpsters are conveniently located in the central parking lot, near the pet spa, and within the back parking lot, closest to the pool/amenities.
Are there specific hours for Move-In and Move-Out?
Monday – Friday, 11 AM – 5 PM. Saturday, 11 AM – 4 PM.
Can I take a Self Guided Tour even when the Office is closed?
Yes, you can take a Self Guided Tour of your favorite apartment daily from 6:00am – 8:00pm, even on Holidays!
What parking options are available at this community?
CoHo offers covered, reserved parking for residents as well as detached garages.
I shop online quite often! How do I get my packages at this community?
Don’t worry – we have Touch-Free SMARTPACKAGE Lockers that will store your packages until you are ready to pick them up, any time, 24/7.

Where can my guests park when visiting the community?
Guests are welcome to street parking, anywhere throughout the community that is NOT along a yellow curb and/or blocking the entrance to any of our resident parking lots.
What are your community’s pool hours?
10 AM – 10 PM Daily
Do residents need a pool pass to use the pool?
No
Where are the grills and what type are they?
There are charcoal grills located within the pool area and also in the courtyard(s) located on each side of the central parking area.

Garbage is collected on Our valet trash services are offered each evening, Sunday – Thursday at 8 PM..
Where is the dog park?
Our dog park is conveniently located on North Colonial Homes Circle between Buildings 17 & 18. One the right-hand side of the street.
